Booking Policy

When booking appointments, I require 50% of your service fee to be paid as a deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit will be taken off the total of your appointment at the time of service. In the case of last minute cancellations (less than 48hrs) the deposit will be lost and a new deposit must be paid in order too book again.

Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours notice prior to appointment for cancellation, this is to allow time to fill the space. Less than 48  hours notice will qualify as a last minute cancellation and will result in loss of appointment deposit.
